RESERVATION POLICIES:

If you email or leave a voicemail, we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

We offer 24 hour online booking for your booking convenience! Please follow the prompts on our booking program to completion. A credit card is required to reserve an appointment. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show/missed appointment. You should immediately receive a text and email confirming your booking and a text and email 24 before your appointment. Double check you've received the confirmation.

To cancel or change an appointment click on the link in your confirmation email. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of missed appointment rate. You may cancel from the link on your appointment confirmation email or send us an email at appointments@humanbw.com.

weapons:

We are a weapon-free clinic. Please leave any guns, knives and weapons of any kind at home or in your car. 

We will refuse service and notify the Lacey Police department of anyone choosing to bring a weapon in to the clinic. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please update your injuries, medical and health issues each time you visit.

Let us know if you are taking ANY medications.

Payments/Refunds:

Billing 90 days past due will be referred to collections.

All clients are ultimately responsible for their bills.

We offer no refunds.
